I had just gotten a Goldendoodle and needed to get an invisible fence installed. We live in a development with strict HOA rules and DogWatch Hidden Fences installed within all guidelines. I had called around to several different invisible fence, hidden fence, underground fence dealers and felt DogWatch Hidden Fences was the perfect fit for my dog. DogWatch uses an FM transmitter so I didn’t have to worry about interference from any neighboring fences. I love that their batteries last 2 years compared to 3 months with other companies. I opted for the lifetime supply of batteries which was extremely affordable. Mike came out and did My Pro-fence installation. It comes with a lifetime warranty on the containment system, battery back up, an installation wall panel which makes for a clean appearance, and 3 training sessions. The owner, Justin, personally came out to train our puppy. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and my shy timid dog absolutely loved him. Justin answered all of my questions and took the time to explain how the system works, how I can make adjustments and gave me a few extra training tips for my goldendoodle. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an invisible fence. I love that my dog has the “freedom to explore” our yard.

DogWatch Hidden Fences is a great alternative to an electronic fence we had in the past. The scheduling, installation and price were far superior. We are relieved that our puppy is now protected in our yard. She can play, and we are worry free, knowing she is fully protected and safe with the hidden fence – an addition to the existing fence. We also added landscaping loops – at no additional charge with the DogWatch system. It helps keep our yard beautiful and the puppy out of the flower beds! Thanks to the team of Justin, Mike and Dave.

Absolutely LOVE this company! Justin came out to our house and he had a quote ready for half of the price of Invisible Fence®. He explained to us how DogWatch® is a much smaller company so that means they are able to bypass many of the markups that Invisible Fence® has. He was so friendly and professional & really cared about our dog’s safety. Installation was done quickly. The quality of the collar and fence are amazing and they work perfectly. We had a wonderful experience, all around! Justin was so easy to work with, so responsive! And David was an incredible trainer! He gave me so much confidence in my dogs. I thought that I would not feel ready after just a few training sessions. But it’s been about 6 weeks later now, and my two dogs are doing flawlessly in the DogWatch Hidden Fence. We placed it just before giving birth to a newborn, so it’s been a dream. I feel like a queen just opening the door to let the dogs out, rather than booting up and leashing them outside. I can’t wait to see my little one love to grow up and play outside with them. It’s so nice to be able to sit outside on the porch with the dogs and relax. My husband told me that, prior to installation, he was honestly feeling like it was too much of a purchase. But after a week of use, he does not feel that way at all. We love this product!! Even more so, we love how much our dogs love it!!

Justin and his team are professional, courteous, talented, and experienced canine care experts. We had our hidden/invisible fence installed over the summer. I waited to review the product, as I wanted my comments to be based on having used it for some time.

The final analysis?

DogWatch works great and is worth every penny.

Before we made our decision, I researched the various options. There are a host of companies and their fence technologies differ. Justin laid out the facts and explained what his product does –both how and why. His information complemented and edified my findings. I spoke w/several other reps from various firms before we selected DogWatch.

We’re very happy with the decision we made. This product offers safety for my dog and is a gesture of good citizenship. Many people walk, run, or cycle by our home. George is very social. Now he recognizes his boundaries and respects them, while simultaneously (and joyously) can use his yard safely for play.

We are very happy with the installation, training, follow up, and overall experience with DogWatch. 5+ stars!
